Friday, april 11th:

- 17:00  Arrival of participants.
- 18:00  Welcome speech and drink.
- 19:00  Meal.
- 20:00  Benching of fish in the different classes, with help.
/! No Bettas will be admitted to the show saturday morning /!



Saturday, april 12th

- 07:30 - 12 :00  Judging with apprentices and seminar 3;
/! show closed /!
One part of the show-room will remain open for breeders to chat, our "Betta-bar" will be open.
There will be a visit of the old part of town ("Ville Haute") during the morning for those who are interested.

- 12:00 - 14:00  Breeders put stickers on tanks of fish for the auction-style sale.
You can visit the showroom and take photos before opening to public.
Don't forget to take note of the Bettas you may want to bid on during the sale.
Lunch on your own in town, or pic-nic at the "Betta-bar" (there is a supermarket close to the show).


- 14:00 - 16:00  Show open to the public. "Mini-shop", fixed-price sale.

- 16:00 - 16:45  Bagging of fish for the "auction-style" sale. Clean-up of "Mini-shop".

- 17:00 -18:45  "Auction-style" sale (only for Bettas that competed in the show).

- 19:00 - 19:45  Prize-giving and cashier for buyers and sellers..

- 20:00  Meal: "Fondue bressane".

- after the meal: Bagging of remaining fish.
 

Sunday, april 13th:

IBC Apprentices and judges:

- 08:00 - 08:50 seminar 1a

- 09:00 - 09:50 seminar 1b

- 10h:10 - 11:00 seminar 2a

- 11:10 - 12:00 seminar 2b

- 12:00 good-bye meal and SBC general meeting.

As the schedule is extremely tight, we ask everyone to help us by having respect for the schedule, the quality of our show depends on that, thank you very much !
